FILL THE BILL（フィル・ザ・ビル）は、デザイナー金田淳一が2012年秋冬に立ち上げた日本のファッションブランド。メンズを起点にウィメンズやユニセックスの衣料を展開し、金田の企画生産経験とヴィンテージウェアへの知見を背景に、素材、縫製、シルエットを追求したスタンダードウェアを提案する。シーズンごとのテーマを設けず、収集・研究してきたアーカイブやファッション、カルチャーの歴史を現代的に解釈するものづくりが特徴。日本の技術と日本製素材を生かした生産にも取り組んでいる。
コンセプト
We would like to offer The clothes with atmosphere which by pursuing with Fabric, sewing, silhouette. We take the advantage with The japanese skills , and do the all process with The material made in Japan. And proposing a new creation by exploring , dismantling The history of fashion and culture . We don't make the season theme , we produce the clothes with the idea of modern Interpretation by researching and selecting the Archive by The season that we have been collected up to now.
