Storyliving by Disney（ストーリーリビング・バイ・ディズニー）は、ディズニー（The Walt Disney Company）が2022年に立ち上げた、米国発の住宅コミュニティブランド。Walt Disney Imagineeringのクリエイティブ面のガイダンスのもと、Disneyのキャストが運営に関わり、経験豊富なデベロッパー／ホームビルダーと協働して、ディズニーの「special brand of magic」を暮らしに取り込む新しいマスタープランコミュニティを展開する。最初のコミュニティとしてカリフォルニア州Rancho MirageのCotinoが進行中で、ノースカロライナ州PittsboroのAsteriaも計画されている。
