PYA is a fashion house and importer founded in 1991 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was established by Patrick Assaraf and handles multiple fashion labels in North America, distributing them through specialty stores and major department stores. Building on the international import brands it has represented, PYA expanded its strategy to include acquiring brands such as Line and Toscano from 2004 onward. Its guiding principle is “perfection.”
