PHANTOM RANCH MARKET（ファントム・ランチ・マーケット）は、KOZABUROの赤坂公三郎が展開する、古着などの収集品を用いたリメイク／アップサイクルのプロジェクト。2020年にニューヨークSSSSSで開始し、時間や空間を伴う“理想郷”の世界観を、ハンドクラフトによって再編集していくことを掲げる。

コンセプト

Time and space exist there, accompanied by personal elements to enrich the worldview. Used clothes, old books, candles and cacti that he has collected as a collector. Rough and precise handcrafts such as staples create a new attitude by pouring the raw spirit of the moment. There, the line is blurred - between virtual space, with its ability to expand the freedom of people in their daily lives, and the real world, where at times we are faced with cruel situations. Phantom Ranch Market seeks to make people aware that the individual and the world are connected like the spreading of the ocean without limiting the expression method. In other words, it's a primitive activity.

KOZABUROグループ・ラインでの位置付け

再構築と私物要素を担う実験ライン。

2020年に始動した展開で、KOZABURO本体のテーラリングとは異なり、服作りに加えて古着、古書、蝋燭、仙人掌などの私的な収集物やハンドクラフトを取り込む。Vogueではアップサイクリングの取り組みとして紹介され、レザージャケットの再構築などを通じて世界観を拡張する役割を担う。Wave Of Sandが機能性を担うのに対し、こちらは再構築と私物要素を強めた派生ラインとして位置づけられる。
