Overview
APEE is a womenswear line derived from A BATHING APE® (BAPE), a streetwear brand from Japan. Established in 2006 as BAPE’s first clothing line for women, it is centered on a style that combines sweetness and sexiness. Its brand concept is “Young, Lively, and Sexy.”, and it aims to be a platform where young women can freely express their youth, energy, and beauty. The line features heart motifs, camouflage, and leopard print as signature elements across clothing and accessories, and relaunched with a new approach for Spring/Summer 2021.

A BATHING APE 1993
Established under A BATHING APE® in 2006, it was the brand’s first clothing line for women. Its official direction was described as “sweet and breezy,” and it was positioned as a space where young women could express themselves. Even as other women’s labels, such as BAPY, later operated alongside it, APEE served as the foundation of the brand’s women’s offering as its “first women’s line.”
