APPAMAN is a children’s clothing brand founded in New York City, United States, in the summer of 2003 by Harald Husum and Lynn Husum. Founder and designer Harald took the brand’s name from a stuffed animal from his childhood. Drawing on inspiration from the streets of New York and a Nordic sense of color, the brand offers daily wear, formalwear, outerwear, swimwear, and accessories for boys and girls. Against the backdrop of children’s free-spiritedness and friendship, its design philosophy is based on the “4Fs”: fabric, fit, function, and comfort.
