Birrot is a fashion brand launched in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2018 by Min Kim and Sey Hong, co-creative directors and founders. It combines Korean design heritage with Scandinavian minimalism, developing womenswear through technical fabrics and refined details around the idea of a “timeless and considered uniform.” Each season, it updates the Birrot uniform and proposes a functional, modular capsule wardrobe. Sustainability is incorporated into the brand strategy, with its self-developed material, “Lay,” also serving as a foundation.
