Millet is an alpine brand founded in France. In 1921, Marc Millet and his wife opened a workshop producing canvas bags in Saint-Fons, near Lyon, and moved their base to Annecy in 1928. The brand offers high-performance apparel and products including backpacks, shoes, and sleeping bags for activities ranging from mountaineering and hiking to skiing, as well as its flagship Trilogy series. As part of its environmental efforts, it has established the Low Impact™ certification (Low Impact standard), setting criteria for the use of materials with a lower environmental impact and bluesign®-certified materials.
