Bates GX (GX‑4 / GX‑8)とは
Bates GX（ベイツ・ジーエックス）は、アメリカのフットウェアブランドBatesのタクティカル／ユニフォーム向けライン（サブブランド）で、GX‑4やGX‑8などのタクティカルブーツを含むシリーズ名。親ブランドBatesは1885年にアンドリュー・J・ベイツにより設立され、1969年にWolverine World Wideの傘下となり、軍・警察・救急向けの業務用ブーツを展開している。GXシリーズは公式販売店や正規販売チャネルで流通しており、GX‑4はGORE‑TEX採用の防水モデル、GX‑8はサイドジップやコンポジットトゥ搭載のモデルが代表的である。
