ダンスコ（ダンスコ）は1990年に米国ペンシルベニア州で誕生したコンフォートシューズブランド。創設者はMandy CabotとPeter Kjellerupで、デンマークで見つけたクロッグを起点に、履き心地の良さをアメリカへ広めるべく会社を設立した。現在はクラシックなクロッグを中心に、ブーツやサンダルなどの靴を展開し、日常はもちろんレストランや医療現場など長時間の立ち仕事の場でも支持されている。価値観（individuality／responsibility for people and mother earth／pursuit of meaningful work）に基づく開発を掲げ、APMA（American Podiatric Medical Association）の承認基準に適合した商品には「APMA seal of Acceptance」を付けている。2012年にはESOPを通じて100%従業員所有の企業となった。
コンセプト
