Laneus（ラネウス）は、イタリアのプレミアムニットウェアブランド。2009年にアレッサンドロ・スピーナとアントネッラ・バルトレッティが立ち上げ、拠点はイタリア・プーリア州バルレッタ。セーター、カーディガン、スカーフなどを中心に、メンズ／ウィメンズ／キッズへ展開し、職人技によるMade in Italyのニットを軸にコレクションを構成する。名称は「羊毛（woolen/made of wool）」に由来するラテン語の意味に結びつけられており、旅や記憶を編み込む物語性が核になっている。
