Patagoniaとは
パタゴニア（Patagonia）は、米国カリフォルニア州ベンチュラで1973年にYvon Chouinardが設立したアウトドア向けの衣類、装備、食を扱うブランド。ミッションとして「Build the best product, cause no unnecessary harm, use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis.」を掲げ、環境危機への対応を事業の中核に据えている。あわせて、ギアを長く使い続けるための修理や再利用の考え方も打ち出している。
