Arpenteur Art is an art line derived from the French brand Arpenteur, founded in Lyon, France, in 2011 by Marc Asseilly and Laurent Bourven. Drawing on respect for tradition and diverse sources of inspiration, Arpenteur combines the practicality of workwear, outdoor clothing, and sportswear with refined tailoring, and produces its products in France. Arpenteur Art presents drawings in the “Ligne Claire” style by illustrator Régric, who has been involved with the brand since its founding, as silkscreen works produced in nearby workshops in Lyon. Its guiding principle, “Illustration is an art inseparable from Arpenteur,” connects illustration with the brand’s visual expression.
