BLUE HAMHAM is a character IP originating in Japan, created in 2019 by Hyogo-born creator 有村泰志. Developed by 有村泰志 and CHOCOLATE Inc., it centers on four brothers who are space hamsters that live by eating sound, and builds its world around animation and graphics. At its core is the premise that, like plants performing photosynthesis, they absorb energy from sound and turn even everyday objects into instruments to make music. Starting with social media videos, the project has expanded into apparel and goods, an official online store, pop-ups, and collaborations with artists overseas.
