District is a men’s-focused select shop and store brand opened by United Arrows Ltd. on September 7, 2000, on Cat Street in Shibuya, Tokyo. At its founding, Hirofumi Kurino was responsible for planning and was involved in its operation as director and buyer. The store carries designer brands from Japan and abroad, as well as original labels, spanning casualwear, dresswear, and fashion accessories. With creativity and craftsmanship as its themes, it aims to convey the essential value and appeal of fashion. In 2023, it relocated to its Harajuku flagship store.
