Fischer Markenschuh is a German footwear brand. In 1856, Ferdinand Fischer founded a felt factory in Pegau, Saxony, and in 1949, the family revived the business in Schneverdingen. The brand label was introduced in 1985. The company is now operated by Fischer Markenschuh GmbH and offers indoor footwear, slippers, sandals, shoes, and boots for women, men, and children. Its official motto is “Qualität aus Tradition” (“Quality rooted in tradition”).
