JACLAR is an American sportswear and footwear brand founded in 1975 in Stoughton, Massachusetts, United States. Starting with shoes for basketball and running, it now offers apparel, sneakers, and accessories. The brand’s official slogan is “Fine sportswear since 1975,” and it reintroduces the heritage of classic sportswear and footwear to a new generation. Reinterpretations of styles such as the Boston 26 running shoe, introduced in 1978, and the Intimidator basketball shoe form a central part of the brand’s approach, with the speed stripe as its signature. Designer Willie Escobar Montanez currently leads its creative direction as the brand expands its relaunch.
