KIJIMA TAKAYUKI HIGHLINE is a high-end hat line originating in Tokyo, Japan. It launched in 2017 as a line by KIJIMA TAKAYUKI, created by designer Takayuki Kijima. Using rare and luxurious materials, it offers hats that express “lasting value” through handcraft at its Daikanyama atelier, using traditional haute mode techniques. Collections for men and women are presented twice a year in Tokyo and Paris, and are also carried by select shops in Japan and abroad.

KIJIMA TAKAYUKI HIGHLINE is the high-end line of KIJIMA TAKAYUKI, launched for the Fall/Winter 2017 season. Based on haute mode techniques learned by designer Takayuki Kijima, it is hand-finished by artisans at the Daikanyama atelier using rare materials such as beaver and rabbit, along with traditional handwork. Compared with the main collection, it places greater emphasis on the rarity of materials and the care taken in the production process. It is the brand’s highest-tier line, presented through limited orders or in small quantities.
