MAXIMILIAN is a British fashion brand named after Maximilian Davis. The designer launched the brand in 2020 and presented his work with support from Fashion East. Drawing on Trinidadian carnival, family memories, and perspectives on Blackness, the brand centers on womenswear tailoring, with eveningwear and dresses at its core, through the lens of “Black elegance.” Following his appointment as creative director of Ferragamo, his own label was reportedly put on hiatus.
