Overview

Tagline

Norwegian craft tradition, from raw wool to finished product. Made in Norway.
Røros Tweed is a textile brand founded in 1940 in Røros, Norway. A fund left by Peder Hiort in the 18th century laid the foundation for textile education and the provision of materials, contributing to the region’s tradition of handcraft. Today, the brand offers wool products for interiors, including blankets and throws made from 100% pure wool. Through craftsmanship, it creates products made to be used across generations and encourages the next generation of textile artists and designers to carry on the tradition.

Concept

Through craftsmanship we continue to create wool products that last for generations and along the way inspire future textile artists and designers to keep the tradition alive.
