Slowear was established as a brand in 2003, with Incotex, a trouser specialist founded in 1951 in the Province of Venice, Italy, as its foundation. In 2003, Roberto Compagno launched the Slowear project, bringing four brands—Incotex, Zanone, Montedoro, and Glanshirt—together under its umbrella. In contrast to fast fashion, it advocates “durable” rather than disposable, “quality” rather than quantity, and “timeless” rather than trends, proposing a style to be enjoyed for a long time.
Concept
We are the opposite of fast fashion. Against disposable we say durable; against quantity we say quality; against trends we say timeless.
