Tagline

pure, uncut energy
Superdry X is the main line positioned within the British brand Superdry’s “Streetwear & Energy” style choice. For AW20, it was presented as one of four style collections (Original & Vintage, Superdry Studios, Superdry X, and Sport), offering “statement pieces” for trendsetters. The SDX pinnacle concept is “deconstructs, displaces and disrupts,” resulting in “pure, uncut energy.” Superdry was founded in Cheltenham in 2003 by Julian Dunkerton and James Holder.

A streetwear line for younger audiences with an emphasis on experimentation

Superdry X is a derivative line within Superdry that strongly emphasizes street expression

Superdry X is a derivative line within Superdry that strongly emphasizes street expression for younger audiences and experimentation. In its 2020 and 2021 annual reports, it is presented as a cultural style crossover for the next generation or as gender-neutral street style. Distinct from the core of Original & Vintage and the more refined direction of Studios, it serves to test new visual expressions for the brand.
