THISTLES is a New York-based eyewear brand. Named after its founder, stylist and photographer Thistle Brown, the brand launched as a sunglasses label in 2023. Centered on contemporary takes on traditional styles, it offers eyewear that combines a heritage character with a “raw New York City” sensibility. Its frames are handmade, with a focus on styles made from cellulose acetate, a plant-derived material.
