In 2009, it was reported as a “classic clothing range” complementing the existing Avoca Anthology, featuring apparel by AVOCA’s design studio. AVOCA began as a hand-weaving mill founded in 1723 and has since expanded into clothing, home goods, food, and other areas. It cannot currently be confirmed as an independent line in the official product range and is treated as a discontinued line.

Avoca Origin was a classic-oriented womenswear line launched by Avoca around 2009. In contrast to the more decorative and fashion-forward Avoca Anthology, it was conceived as a complementary line that carried forward Avoca’s traditional material feel and focus on everyday wearability. Within Avoca’s apparel business, it had a distinct role alongside Anthology and was positioned like a second line for those seeking a classic wardrobe.
