BALI WERKSTÄTTE is a lifestyle brand and craft project started in Indonesia in 2015 by French-Austrian Verena Berlisque. Bringing together artisans and designers in Bali, it offers bags, baskets, home décor, furniture, and art made with rattan and natural fibers, and also works on local sourcing, custom production, villa styling, and interior decoration. Its guiding principle is to present Indonesia’s craft heritage and Bali’s design, and its name refers to the Vienna Workshop, an artists’ collective in the founder’s hometown of Vienna.
