BAUME is a watch brand launched in 2018 by Baume & Mercier, part of Richemont. The project was led by Marie Chassot, and its offerings included online-focused, made-to-order full customization (Custom Timepiece) and minimalist designs such as Iconic. The brand’s principles centered on minimalist design, environmental consideration, and the full personalization of watches. It promoted the use of recycled materials and ocean plastic, the avoidance of animal-derived materials, and collaborations with organizations such as Waste Free Oceans. In 2020, it was integrated as a Baume & Mercier collection, and its products are made in Switzerland (Les Brenets).
