IKUMI is a Tokyo-based Japanese unisex fashion brand created by model ikumi. It began in 2012 under the name “i” and adopted its current brand name from the Spring/Summer 2015 season. In 2016, it became independent from PAL Co., Ltd. With “white and black” as its brand concept, it offers clothing incorporating elements of Japanese street culture, kanji, traditional aesthetics, yōkai, and anime. It presented its collection at New York Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2016 and has continued to present collections in show format since then.
