KIRTIMUKHA is an oriental designer brand launched in Seoul, South Korea, in 2020. It aims to broadly share Korean traditions and presents designs that reinterpret dokkaebi, supernatural beings from Korean folklore, in a contemporary way. Its offerings include outerwear, tops, pants, and accessories incorporating elements of hanbok, with a unisex range that connects traditional clothing with contemporary streetwear. The brand name comes from Kirtimukha, a protective motif in Indian mythology meaning “face of glory.” The founder and CEO is Lee In Won.
