PEACE DENIM is a Japanese denim brand launched for Fall/Winter 2022 by Hiroyuki Fujita, the designer behind JieDa. Viewing denim as “the uniform of men,” the brand offers menswear incorporating styles from various eras. Fabric production and sewing take place in Kojima, Okayama Prefecture, with the work grounded in artisans’ dyeing and weaving techniques. At its debut, the brand released three styles of pants: EDWARD, BOB, and JOHN, all featuring peace-sign stitching on the back pockets as a shared design detail.
