RHODOLIRION is a Japanese women’s fashion brand led by Yumi Sudo, director of NEPENTHES WOMAN. It launched with a capsule collection for the Spring/Summer 2022 season and made its full launch that fall/winter. Centered on the theme of “clothes that make the heart race,” the brand draws on respect for historic fashion culture and creative freedom to propose clothing that helps wearers find a style of their own. The brand name comes from a plant that, every few years, brings forth a field of purple flowers in harsh desert conditions.
Concept
The brand proposes clothing that lifts the wearer’s spirits and helps them find a style of their own. With respect for historic fashion culture and creative freedom, it aims to create clothing that is stimulating yet universally loved.
