It was founded by designer Hiroko Horie (HIROCO) and gained support within Heisei-era gyaru culture. With plumeria as its signature motif, the brand now offers bags and fashion accessories, focusing on school bags and backpacks for high school girls. Drawing on the sense of trends cultivated as a nail art brand, it offers items that combine functionality for everyday school use with design.
