TAO COMME des GARÇONS is a brand launched in 2005 by designer Tao Kurihara as one of the womenswear lines of Japan’s COMME des GARÇONS. It presented collections in Paris and temporarily ended with the Spring/Summer 2011 season. Afterward, from 2021, it relaunched as “tao” following the renaming of tricot COMME des GARÇONS, and continues to focus primarily on womenswear.
