Tilak is an outdoor clothing brand that began in 1986 as a family business in Šumperk, Czech Republic. Its founder, Roman Kamler, made the first product on a household sewing machine, marking the beginning of a practice of making clothing that has continued since the 1980s. Its motto is “Nothing less than top quality.” The brand’s philosophy is expressed as “Outdoor clothing must be absolutely reliable, no matter the conditions.” It emphasizes developing and sewing all its products in the Czech Republic and using materials and components with the highest performance.
