ACANTHUS is a Japanese fashion brand launched in 2009 by Keiji Okada, founder of Lightning Corporation. Drawing on a garment factory that has produced leatherwear for brands in Japan and abroad, the brand handles everything in-house, from developing materials, primarily leather, to planning, design, pattern making, sewing, and finishing. With “Authentic Yours (Timeless value, for you.)” as its concept, it offers men's real clothes centered on leather items, along with apparel and accessories. It places importance on the way leather changes with age and on quality suited to long-term wear.
