Overview

DYNEEMA LINE is a line of F/CE.® (established in 2010), launched in Tokyo. Created by Toshifumi Yamane and Asami Yamane, it offers bags and accessories combining Dyneema® composite fabric and leather. Compared with 500D nylon, Dyneema® composite material offers improved tear, puncture, and abrasion performance, while reducing weight and bulk. It claims 15 times the strength of steel and a 15-times-higher strength-to-weight ratio; another characteristic is that its tightly woven fabric becomes supple after developing fold creases.
