GATHER is a Japanese fashion select shop and apparel business founded in 1986 by Yoshihiro Ishimaru and his wife, Kazuko, in Tojinmachi, Saga City. Focusing primarily on womenswear and menswear, it operates stores offering domestic and international brands and provides styling suggestions, with a presence centered in Saga Prefecture. Its official tagline, “Your way of life shows in your clothes,” reflects its emphasis on proposing lifestyles through clothing. In 2004, it established an apparel planning company in Daikanyama, Tokyo, and launched the original brand “gather.”
