Overview

Gloverall is a British outerwear brand founded in London in 1951 by Harold and Freda Morris. It began by selling surplus military duffle coats after World War II, then made improved duffle coats its mainstay, with styles such as “Monty” known as signature pieces. Today, it offers coats for men, women, and children, pea coats, knitwear, and other items, and emphasizes sourcing materials in the UK and manufacturing by skilled makers. In 1995, it joined the Korean fashion group E·Land.

Concept

From day one, Gloverall has been committed to doing things the right way - sourcing the best fabrics and working with skilled makers here in the UK.

Sub-brands

  • Gloverall Renewed 2025

Gloverall Renewed is a spin-off line launched by Gloverall to make use of surplus fabrics, trims, and end-of-line stock garments accumulated through its long-running manufacturing and operations, reworking them into limited collections in collaboration with independent UK manufacturers. Unlike “Signature,” which handles ongoing core styles, and “Mainline,” which has a stronger seasonal focus, it develops the brand’s archival materials and technical expertise into different products, centered on “re-editing surplus materials” and small-batch production.
