J-B-J is a menswear brand originating in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Created by Julien Villevoye, it was developed as a spin-off/sub-label of his mother Jackie Villevoye’s brand, Jupe by Jackie. Centered on casualwear such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and shirts, the brand placed hand embroidery by skilled Indian artisans at its core and embraced originality, humor, and a positive, relaxed approach. It presented a collection at Pitti Uomo in 2016 and changed its name to Tribu-To in 2022.
Concept
We believe it is important in life to be original. To stand out from the ordinary. We do that by expressing our creativity through the craft of hand embroidery. With a mix of positivity and genuinely casual approach we speak to a group of like-minded people. With a bit of humour and laid back touch our aim is to create fun concepts and collections.
