LASS MUSICIAN is a Japanese womenswear line derived from Tokyo-based LAD MUSICIAN. First presented for Spring/Summer 2002, it was developed in a show format as a brand created by the fictional designer “JOY,” an image collective made up exclusively of women. As a spin-off line of LAD MUSICIAN, which promotes the fusion of music and clothing, it presented collections for women and ceased operations in the early 2000s.
