mintdesigns is a Japanese fashion brand established in 2001 by designers Hokuto Katsui and Nao Yagi. It views clothing as product design and offers clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories. Centered on textiles featuring its original graphics, the brand also works on designs beyond clothing, including household goods, interiors, spaces, and packaging. It has participated in Tokyo collections since Spring/Summer 2003 and received the 28th Mainichi Fashion Grand Prix in 2010.

Concept

The brand aims to create designs that enrich everyday life, viewing clothing as a form of product design and proposing possibilities for “fashion” that are not synonymous with “trends.”
