For bouncy, dewy, firm skin
ORIENTAL PLANTS is a Japanese skincare line introduced in 2008 by Koh Gen Do (江原道), a brand from Azabu-Juban, Tokyo. Starting with the combination of 36 varieties of Eastern plants and the latest technology, it offers products including cleansers, face wash, serums, fermented lotion, and moisturizing creams. In 2020, it was revamped as a line combining domestically produced pesticide-free ingredients with technology. Guided by the concept “Bounce with water. Polish with water,” it aims to develop products that support the skin’s moisture retention and firmness.

A foundational skincare series that continues to be offered in Koh Gen Do’s official product lineup. It combines plant-derived ingredients from Japan with technology, and is centered on daily moisturization, with products such as toners, serums, and creams. Whereas SPA and THE SPA, which use hot spring water, cover quick care and cleansing, ORIENTAL PLANTS is positioned as a basic line for preparing the skin’s foundation. It is a long-running offshoot line for everyday foundational care, distinct from MACRO VINTAGE.
