Wristwatches that color time and space like background music flowing through a room
RECORD LABEL is a watch line launched on February 18, 2021, as part of CITIZEN Collection by Japanese watchmaker CITIZEN. Centered on “watches with an indie spirit” that continue to record the diverse character of CITIZEN, a company with a history of more than 100 years, the line proposes bringing color to time and space. Its distinctive lineup incorporates CITIZEN’s design resources and is easy to integrate into daily outfits and interiors. Each watch comes with a foldable watch case that can be used to carry the watch and displayed as-is on a desk or elsewhere. In addition, designers are credited for RECORD LABEL models in CITIZEN DESIGN’s product information.

Within CITIZEN COLLECTION, RECORD LABEL is a project label that presents design assets accumulated by Citizen over many years as contemporary wristwatches. Drawing on distinctive past models and designs such as THERMO SENSOR, ANA-DIGI TEMP, and TSUNO CHRONO, it offers reissues, reconfigurations, and collaboration models. Among the broad range of Eco-Drive, radio-controlled, and mechanical watches in CITIZEN COLLECTION, it foregrounds archival character and individuality, and, alongside TSUYOSA, brings variety to the everyday collection.
