RIV NOBUHIKO is a Japanese womenswear brand launched in Tokyo in 2020. It is created by a duo comprising Japanese designer Nobuhiko Kohama and Korean designer River Garam Jang. Kohama has worked as an assistant designer at Dior and Lanvin, while Jang has worked as an assistant designer at Celine. With “Wild Luxury: Practical Couture” as its concept, the brand reinterprets the couture techniques of traditional luxury fashion in a contemporary way, focusing on everyday wear incorporating handwork.
