098TROOPER is a Japanese bicycle apparel brand launched in 2015 by INA STUDIOS, a design team from Okinawa Prefecture. Led by Roberto Yoshida, INA STUDIOS introduced the brand with a focus on collaborations with domestic bicycle manufacturers, offering apparel for fixed-gear bikes, BMX, and cycling. In its official announcement, the brand described itself as a “JAPAN BRAND” and stated plans for expansion in Japan and overseas. In December 2015, plans were announced to carry the full line at INASTUDIOS TOKYO in Tokyo.
