AlexanderLeeChang is a Japanese fashion brand founded in Tokyo by San Francisco-born professional skateboarder Alexander Lee Chang. Chang established Chang Co., Ltd. in 2003 and launched his own brand for Spring/Summer 2004. Centered on streetwear, the brand develops clothing and art informed by his skateboarding experience and the cultural backgrounds of Japan, the United States, and China. Guided by the belief that he does not want to confine people to a single image, the brand proposes free-spirited, natural designs without fixed themes. It held its first runway show in 2013 and its first overseas runway show in 2015, and currently also offers lines such as the remake/DIY line LeeMake.
