The brand is operated by B STONE Co., Ltd., established on September 1, 2014, with Naoko Kuroishi as president and representative director. Kuroishi has also spoken about a dress she designed when the brand was first launched. Centered on the “Growing Denim” series, a JAPAN MADE denim line made in Okayama in both fabric and sewing, each pair develops distinctive wear patterns and creases that become part of its individual character, making it a special, one-of-a-kind piece. The denim is designed to be worn for a long time while enjoying how it changes over time, and a knitwear series is also offered at accessible prices.
