Overview

FRAPBOIS half is FRAPBOIS’s gender-neutral unisex line. Its concept is “You and me, me and you.” The same designs are offered in different sizes, and men can wear women’s sizes while women can wear men’s sizes. It comes in two sizes, 1 and 2. The “half” in the brand name comes from a semicircle, or scallop, and its designs are characterized by scallop motifs. FRAPBOIS began in 2001 and proposes relaxed daily wear under the concept of “clothes for adults who are not grown-up.”

A genderless line offering the same designs in different sizes

FRAPBOIS half emerged as a derivative line that changes how the same FRAPBOIS design looks

FRAPBOIS half emerged as a derivative line that changes how the same FRAPBOIS design looks according to the wearer’s gender and build by offering it in two different sizes, large and small. It places size design at the core of the line and also incorporates a scalloped motif derived from its name. While sharing FRAPBOIS’s designs in different sizes, it broadens the brand’s interpretation by increasing the range of wearing proportions to choose from, rather than expanding its target audience as PARK does.
