HENRI EN VARGO is a Tokyo-born factory brand established in 2016 by APOLLO, a shoe manufacturer founded in Tokyo in 1956, and launched with its Spring/Summer 2017 collection. Working with a women’s design team who love shoes wholeheartedly, the brand creates pumps, flats, sandals, loafers, boots, and other footwear. It aims to unite “poised, beautiful forms” with “a moving fit,” drawing on advanced skills in lasts, insoles, patternmaking, and sewing to renew and carry forward craftsmanship in shoemaking from a women’s perspective.
