JUN OKAMOTO is a Japanese fashion brand launched in Paris in 2002 by designer Jun Okamoto, who is from Kumamoto. In 2010, the brand moved its base to Tokyo and began offering women's and men's clothing. Its official concept is to use stories written by the designer as collection themes, expressing scenes from the perspective of clothes for “her” as seen by the story’s protagonist, “him.” The brand also offers JUN OKAMOTO BLUE and the semi-custom line wallflower by jun okamoto.
Concept
Stories written by the designer serve as collection themes. Various scenes drawn from the poetic, wistful atmosphere of the stories are expressed in the women's and men's lines from the perspective of clothes for “her” as seen by the story’s protagonist, “him.”
