MUUM is a women's shoe brand from Kobe, launched in 2018. It is developed by a long-established shoe manufacturer that has been involved in the development and production of women's shoes in Kobe, and offers sneakers as well as sandals, boots, and other styles. Its products combine the brand's star motif with bijoux and contrasting materials. According to the brand's official explanation, its name was inspired by “MUM,” meaning “mother,” and carries the meaning of the creator of all things. The brand primarily sells original shoes designed by its in-house designers.
